滨水地区的开发建设所潜在的巨大的社会价值和经济价值。滨水区由于其所在的特殊空间地段，往往具有城市的门户和窗口的作用。
它有助于引导人水关系向和谐方向发展，加强对人水关系历史的认知；激活区域的活力，重新塑造特色空间形象，提升区域品质。
在设计中使该滨水空间与当地地域文化相互融合创新，并始终坚持融于自然和服务于大众的理念，建设一个新的休闲娱乐空间。
The potential enormous social and economic value of the development and construction of waterfront areas.
Waterfront areas often serve as city gates and windows due to their unique spatial location.
It helps to guide the development of human water relations towards harmony and strengthen the understanding of the history of human water relations;
Activate the vitality of the region, reshape the distinctive spatial image, and improve the quality of the region.
In the design, the waterfront space is integrated and innovated with the local regional culture,
and always adheres to the concept of integrating nature and serving the public, building a new leisure and entertainment space.
